We want you to feel confident in every KintraHome purchase. If something isn't right, we’ll make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below for complete details.

↺ Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

- To be eligible for a return:

- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

- Item must be returned in its original packaging with inserts included

- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

✅ Eligible Returns Include:

- Received the wrong item

- Item arrived damaged or defective

- You changed your mind but item remains unused and in original packaging

❌ Returns We Cannot Accept:

- Items used, washed, or visibly worn

- Items missing original packaging or components

- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

- Returns requested after the 30-day window

⚖️ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- We do not offer refunds on gift cards

📢 How to Request a Return

- Email us at shopkintrahome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

- We’ll provide return instructions and the return address

- Ship the item using your preferred carrier (unless damaged or incorrect)

🚗 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at shopkintrahome@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
