🚚 Shipping Policy

Kintra Standard (Free Shipping)

- Cost: Free on all U.S. orders & International

- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on location)

- Processing Time: 2–3 business days

- Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days after processing

Kintra Secure (Insured Shipping)

- Cost: $4.95

- Includes: Priority handling, insurance, and expedited tracking

- Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after processing

Note: Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We are working to expand our shipping zones in the near future.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and in its original condition

- In the original packaging, including inserts

- Returned within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

✅ Acceptable Returns

- You received the wrong item

- Your product arrived damaged or defective

- You changed your mind but the item is unopened and unused

❌ Not Accepted for Returns

- Items used, washed, or not in their original condition

- Returns outside the 30-day window

- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase


ℹ️ How to Start a Return

- Email shopkintrahome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

- We’ll send return instructions and the return address

- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once received.


🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
